I am pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Vanlangingham to President of F5 Project.

Jeff has years of experience serving as President/General Manager of two very successful companies. He brings a wealth of experience that will not only allow him to excel in this role, but that will also allow him to develop a special emphasis on people and culture.

As we continue to scale, it has been increasingly difficult for me as a CEO to tend to all daily needs of the organization. Six years ago, it was just two guys that found freedom in recovery and showed up to the jail with no agenda. Today there are over fifty teammates, six transitional houses, and over 5,000 people served per year. It’s important to me to ensure that those existing operations, staff, participants, and partnerships continue to be strengthened. At this point in our evolution, I felt it was the right time to hand over the day-to-day reins to Jeff. He has proven a true servant’s heart and I am very confident in his skillset and ability to help lead staff, participants, and our F5 communities.

As for me, I will continue in my role as CEO and will focus on my vision of expanding our geographical reach, programs, and partnerships across multiple regions and state lines. We have something very special and different with F5 Project in North Dakota. Our message is simple, beautiful, and life changing. Ugly grace will eliminate overdose, suicide, crime, and poverty by empowering recovery, housing and community.

Ugly Grace is a powerful drug.
